Quick Seafood Chowder

1    In a medium pot, over medium heat, sauté the garlic and shallot in the oil for 2 minutes until translucent.
2    Stir in the celery, tomatoes, clam juice, broth and season with Italian herbs and pepper. Simmer 3 minutes.
3    Add shrimp, crab, and clams, bring to a simmer and cook 5 minutes until the shrimp are firm and pink.

2 tbsp    olive oil
3    stalks celery diced
12    small cherry tomatoes 1/4-ed
1/8 tsp    Italian medley seasongin
1/8 tsp    ground black pepper
8 oz    medium shrimp peeled cleaned
4 oz    crabmeat
10 oz    baby clams, whole w/ broth
8 oz    clam juice
12 oz    chicken or vegetable broth
