Grandma's Penuche Icing

1    Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Add the brown sugar and mix well. Bring to a boil.
2    Add the milk. Bring to a boil again.
3    Let cool. Add enough confectioners sugar to get desired consistence (about 2 cups).

1 cup    brown sugar
1/4 cup    milk
2 cups    confectioners sugar
