Veggie Pizza

Notes: From Ann Gerard from CSC. Any additional spices like garlic, cayenne pepper, chili powder, etc. to taste Any veggies you want to use--I use broccoli, green-red-yellow peppers, carrots, and sometimes baby tomatoes, but you can use onions, mushrooms or anything else you might like.

1    Heat oven to 375. Separate dough into 4 long rectangles. Place crosswise in ungreased 15x10x1-inch baking pan (use large cookie sheet); press over bottom and 1 inch up sides. Seal perforations. Bake 14 to 19 minutes or until golden brown (doesn't take that long). Cool completely. Blend sour cream, horseradish, salt, pepper, spices, and ranch mix. Spread over crust. Top with remaining ingredients. Cut in small pieces. Store in refrigerator.
2    Grate some pepper-jack cheese and sprinkle that and some crushed red peppers on top.
